Current acquisition prioritizes reviewed public Web3 evidence; deep/dark evidence may enter only through approved public metadata, index, archive, research-dataset or API feeds. Public reachability is not permission to access, authenticate to, index, redistribute, modify or control a system, and EV3 never treats a hidden-service address as authorization to retrieve it. Raw leaks, credentials and protected evidence remain withheld from public results.
